The Minnesota Public Utilities Commission will be hosting a round of public hearings regarding the Line 3 Replacement Project route permit and Enbridge's certificate of need for the project. Participants have the chance to speak for up to three minutes. During this time, they may present oral or written testimony to a judge, as well as ask questions to employees of Enbridge and the state Department of Commerce. The judge who will be present will be the person recommending whether the PUC will approve the permits.
